Janine’s Beach House is on a prime seafront spot right on the swimming section of the Blue Flag Beach at Cape St Francis. Walk straight onto the beach along the private path from the house. A stunning spot with a comfortable family home, styled for easy living.

6 bedrooms and a loft = Total 16 people

Bedroom 1 – King bed en-suite (Master suite) with private balcony, sea facing
Bedroom 2 – 2 single beds (together made up as King) en-suite, opens onto deck, sea facing
Bedroom 3 – Double bed en-suite
Bedroom 4 – Double bed en-suite (accessed from outside)
Bedroom 5 – Double bed en-suite (accessed from outside)
Bedroom 6 – Double bed with private lounge, not en-suite, opens onto deck, sea facing
Loft – 4 single mattresses

Total 6 bedrooms and a loft – all linen, towels and beach towels provided.
2 more bathrooms, one with bath, one with shower – Total 7 bathrooms.

Have your meals alfresco style on the verandah

The living area is open plan with lounge and dining open onto the sea facing verandah, with built-in braai. Enjoy your meals alfresco style, lounge on the comfy bench and read whilst watching the robins and weavers flitting over the indigenous bush.

The kitchen is handsomely equipped with a large oven, gas hob, air fryer, microwave, and Nespresso machine.If the wind is blowing, there is a marvellous outdoor area with a weber for braaiing.

There are 3 Fridge/freezers (1 chest, 1 small, 1 large). The scullery has a dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 2 geysers of 150L to ensure constant hot water.

For fun, there are boogie boards, surfboards, and surfskis in the garage.

When you come in from a day in the sea, there is an outdoor private hot shower to enjoy.

Solar panels with inverter and batteries ensures constant power.

Wifi, and TV – connected to wifi Netflix available.

Not fenced – no pets, no parties, no smoking.

Domestic help can be arranged for the guests’ account.
