Janine’s Cool Cottage is above the garage, living is completely separate from the Beach House, with amazing views of the sunset, as well as of Seal Point (a world renowned surf spot) down the side.

The cottage is the opitome of open plan living, and it is bright and airy. The kitchen, lounge and dining room open onto large deck.
The kitchen has a bar fridge, gas hob, microwave, air fryer, and a Nespresso Machine with milk frother.
There are big windows to take in the view of the Seal point waves.
There is a braai on the deck for wonderful evenings outdoors.
The outdoor hot shower is wonderful to wash off the salt from a day on the beach.
Garage and private parking.
Surf boards and boogie boards in the garage.
Wifi, and TV for Netflix (connected to wifi)
Solar panels with inverter and batteries ensures constant power.
No pets, no parties, no smoking.
